Thanks for reserving judgment on this. I just wanted to let you know that on April 29, 2010, in Hong Kong in the High Court, Grandmaster Leung Ting was cleared of all charges in the appeal of this court case.

Once all the facts and evidence of the case were presented, it was a simple matter for Court of First Instance Judge Darryl Gordon Saw to reach a verdict of innocence, and the case was concluded in one morning.

i was the first pupil of dr, LEUNG TING in Texas to organize a us branch in texas – i had studied in taiwan under sifu tan in 1972, i still teach sifu tans style and leung tings style to my usa students, i have 7th dan in soryu karate and have been in karate since 1966, i believe all instructors should comport themselves with digniyt and self- respect, in the same vein we should not be so judgemental against sifu LEUNG TING because we really do not know the real truth of what happened – there are 3sides to any situation, his story her story and then there is the truth, lets give time to the real story- ….. the truth- SI-FU GUERRA— AUSTIN, TEXAS 512 902 1228
